If you have multiple sites for one connection, you will need to enable all of the sites you would like to use with Collect.
BENEFITS OF ENABLING YOUR sites
All of your enabled sites will receive the full benefits of your Collect Apps.
All purchase information will flow through from your separate sites giving you an accurate representation of each site's performance and engagement with Collect.
If you are using Collect Loyalty then customers shopping at your enabled sites will earn points on their purchases and be able to redeem rewards at the site.
If you are using Collect Offers then you will be able to segment your customer database by where your customers are shopping and send offers to relevant audiences.
HOW TO ENABLE YOUR sites FOR AN EXISTING CONNECTION
From your Collect Apps dashboard:
1. Click Connections in the side panel.
Under the point-of-sale you would like to enable a site for:
2. Toggle the site to ON.
3. Click Save.
Your site will now automatically sync with Collect adding any customer information and claimed coupons.
HOW TO ENABLE YOUR sites WHEN ADDING A NEW CONNECTION
When adding a new point-of-sale to Collect all of your sites will automatically be enabled.
If you would like to disable any sites, then simply toggle the site to OFF before clicking Save.

Please Note: If a site is disabled then it will have no interaction with Collect or access to any data in your Collect system.
