With Feedback, you'll be able to measure customer satisfaction automatically, and find out what your customers think about your business to identify areas of improvement.
HOW TO INSTALL feedback
1. Go to your Manage Apps page.
2. Under the Feedback app click Install.
Once Feedback is installed any customers that make a purchase going forward will receive your feedback emails automatically.
Note: If you have Collect Loyalty, Feedback will be added to the bottom of your loyalty points update emails. This will only work if Loyalty points update emails are turned on.
