When selling goods online you can choose if you would like your customers to earn points on shipping.
We will automatically block points for shipping from being earned by your customers in Collect as soon as you connect an eCommerce platform. To allow points to be earned for shipping you will need to manually turn this feature on.
How To Turn On Points For Shipping
From the Manage Apps page:
1. Go to Account Settings on the side panel.
2. Next to Award Points for Shipping toggle the switch to ON.
3. Click Save.
