If you've tried adding a customer to a sale in Kounta and their customer profile doesn't load with their Collect Apps information, there are a couple of things you can check before raising an issue with us.
WhY isn't my customer loading in kounta?
Before we can load a customer's data, we need an order ID created in Kounta. When you search for a customer, sometimes the order hasn't had a chance to generate in Kounta before the Collect Apps information tries to load.
How TO fix the issue
You can fix this problem by simply unlinking the customer from the order and adding them again.
If the customer information appears at the top of the page, but their points balance and rewards are missing:
1. Remove the customer from the sale by clicking the red Unlink button in the top right corner of the page.
2. Add the customer to the sale again.
Their Collect Apps information should now appear.
3. Click Save.
