Customers are more likely to open your emails if they trust who emails are from, so it's important for your Sender name to be recognizable [Campaign Monitor].
If you used your company's legal name to sign up for Collect Apps and this isn't the name customers know, you may want to change your Sender Settings to reflect the brand name customers recognize.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR EMAIL SENDER NAME
1. Go to the Manage Apps page.
2. Go to Email Settings.
3. Update your Sender Name under the Sender Settings.
4. Click Save.
Your Sender Name will appear in the "From" field of your customers' inbox when they receive an email from your Collect Apps account.
