Sometimes, customers who have previously unsubscribed from your Loyalty program, find that they actually want to be a part of it again.
If you have a customer who has been unsubscribed and you need to resubscribe them, you can do so in a few simple steps.
How to Resubscribe Customers to Your Loyalty Program
1. Go to your Customers tab from your Loyalty dashboard.
2. Select the Show Unsubscribed box to include your unsubscribed customers in your database.
3. Search for the customer in the customer search bar.
The customer will appear with (Unsubscribed) next to their name.
4. Click into the customer.
5. Under Actions, click Subscribe.
6. Confirm the customer's subscription in the pop up.
The customer will now begin earning points and rewards again.
