Collect Apps are designed to automatically bring through customer purchase data in real-time.
If you think your customers' purchase and order information isn't current, here's how to manually sync from your Point-of-Sale or eCommerce to get the most up-to-date customer data.
Force Sync Your Customer Database
From your Customers tab in Collect Loyalty:
1. Go to Actions in the top right corner.
2. Click Force sync from Connections in the drop-down menu.
Your customer information will then be updated in your Collect database. If you have a large database this may take a few minutes.
