When customers sign up to your Loyalty program, they'll begin earning points with each purchase, which they can use to unlock reward discounts to use in your store.
Customer gets added to your POS or eCommerce
When a customer makes a purchase in your store or online, it is important to add them to the sale in order for them to get the benefits of your Loyalty program.
They will then be added to your Loyalty program automatically and start collecting points right away.
To add a new customer to your Loyalty program, all you need to do is enter their First Name, Last Name and their Email Address in your point-of-sale while you are putting the sale through. Add Customers to Vend
When a customer proceeds to checkout online, your eCommerce store asks them to enter their customer details. Once the customer has made their purchase, their details are automatically synced to your customer database, adding them to your loyalty program, along with their points for that purchase.
Customer makes a Purchase
Make sure that you assign every sale to a customer. Customers earn 1 point for every $1 they spend.
When a customer makes a purchase, and they are added to the sale, their purchase data will automatically sync into your Collect Loyalty account.
Your customer will automatically receive a Points Collected email that lets them know how many points they've just earned with their purchase.
Customer Accesses Profile
From their Points collected email, the customer can click View Rewards.
This will take them to their Customer Profile.
Here, they'll be able to see their points balance, claim any rewards they've unlocked and see any rewards they still need points for. They can also view any rewards they have claimed but not yet redeemed.
Customers can also see a bonus reward. To get this bonus reward the customer will need to complete their profile by clicking Complete profile now in the banner, or by clicking Complete Now from the listed rewards.
Customer Completes Their Profile to Receive a Bonus Reward
The customer is taken to the Complete Profile page.
Here, they will be asked to enter their Mobile, Date of Birth, Gender and a Password.
Then the customer clicks the Join button to receive the bonus reward you've set up.
The customer's details are then automatically synced to your customer database and will appear in their customer profile.
