Collecting Your Customers' Details
When a customer proceeds to Checkout, BigCommerce asks them to enter their customer information, shipping method and payment method.
Once the customer has made their purchase, their details will automatically be synced to your Collect customer database.
Not only will you have your customer's details all in one central place, but you'll also have their order details, which will help you keep track of spending habits and send relevant, effective offers.
