In order to hit the ground running, you'll need to segment your customers based on their purchase activity, gender, or even age. This way, you'll be able to send them relevant and timely offers.
Note: If you already use one of our other Collect tools, such as Loyalty, or MailSync, your customer database will automatically sync to your Offers page.
How to set up customer segments
1. From your Offers dashboard, go to the Segments page.
Here, you'll see an overview of all your customer segments along with the 'Audience' size (number of customers that fit the conditions of a particular segment) and the date the segment was created.
2. Click Create Segment at the top right of the page.
3. Create a name for your customer segment.
This can be a description of what the group is, or if you like, you can be more creative.
4. Click Add Condition to set rules that determine which customers are included or not included in your segment.
You can add as many conditions as you like - just be sure to specify whether customers should meet 'Any' or 'All' of the conditions.
5. Click Save.
