Collect’s Point-of-Sale integration has been designed to help you and your staff deliver a seamless experience when serving customers in-store, requiring no extra hardware or physical cards. It’s quick and easy to sign up customers, send customer feedback emails automatically, reward loyalty points automatically, and redeem coupons effortlessly. It means you can run your store business-as-usual, without worrying about any additional processes.
EASY TO OPERATE ONLINE
Collect’s eCommerce integration has been designed to work seamlessly with your online store. When customers make a purchase they are automatically added to your database and their purchase activity is tracked and customer feedback email sent automatically (for Collect Feedback). Customers collect loyalty points automatically (for Collect Loyalty) and can redeem coupons effortlessly at checkout.
Your point-of-sale and eCommerce automatically syncs to your Collect account and your customer database is kept up-to-date.
PREVENT COUPON MISUSE
Because of Collect’s tight integrations with Point-of-Sale and eCommerce, your store is protected from customer coupon misuse. Unique coupons are redeemed through the checkout process, which authorizes its authentication and removes the coupon from the customer’s account, preventing them from using it again or sharing it with their friends.
And for Collect Loyalty, points for purchases are rewarded automatically through Point-of-Sale and/or eCommerce. This prevents customers from scamming your program, unlike some other loyalty program alternatives where points are rewarded for customer check-ins or require customers to input their own points.

Collect captures your in-store and online customer data all in one place. See where your customers made their purchases, which items they bought, how much they spent and more. Collect Feedback automatically sends customer feedback emails when a sale is completed in your Point-of-Sale and/or eCommerce store. The Point-of-Sale integration allows you to manage the feedback based on store locations and staff members.
HOW TO CONNECT YOUR POINT-OF-SALE AND ECOMMERCE:
1. Click on Choose your connection.
2. Select your Point-of-Sale or eCommerce from the list by clicking on the logo.
3. Click Connect.
4. Complete any steps required from your point-of-sale or eCommerce to allow access.
5. Click Continue.
