Your Complete Profile Bonus encourages your customers to add their mobile number, gender, and birthday to their customer profile, giving you more customer data.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
If you've set the Complete Profile Bonus to give a dollar or percentage discount, your customers will see your banner, prompting them to complete their profile at the top of your customer portal. They will also see it as your first reward, encouraging them to complete their profile.
They will be asked to enter their mobile number, birthdate, gender and to create an account password.
Once they have filled out their details they will automatically unlock your complete profile bonus reward and receive it by email, encouraging them to shop with you again.
To SET YOUR COMPLETE PROFILE BONUS
In Collect Loyalty, under Complete Profile Bonus:
1. Choose whether to award Points, Dollars or Percentage off.
2. Then, enter your reward incentive amount. Think about how much the customer data is worth to you.
3. Click Save.
Please note: If you're using the Vend iPad Register App, percentage discounts aren't currently available. If you're using the Vend Chrome Extension, you'll need to enable percentage discounts.
