Creating a loyalty program with enticing rewards is an excellent way to get your customers excited to return to your store. Think about the different types of rewards that will appeal to your customers, incentivize repeat purchases, and that will work best for your business.
HERE's How it works
Your loyalty program customers earn 1 point for every $1 they spend. When a customer has earned enough points to unlock a reward, they are automatically notified by email.
From the reward email, customers can claim their reward and have the option to add it to their mobile phone, ready to redeem in-store or online. Their points balance will be adjusted automatically.
HOW TO Set up your Loyalty Rewards
In Collect Loyalty, under Loyalty Rewards:
1. Click Create Reward
2. Enter your reward details, including:
Reward Title: Give your reward a title that lets your customers know what the reward is and get them excited to redeem it.
Discount Amount: Set your discount amount in dollars or percentage, to suit your store.
Please note: If you're using the Vend iPad Register App, percentage discounts aren't currently available. If you're using the Vend Chrome Extension, you'll need to enable percentage discounts.
Points Required to Unlock: Set the number of points a customer needs to have to unlock your reward
Reward Terms: Edit the terms of the offer.
3. Click Create.
There are no limits on how many rewards you can have. You can even create tiered rewards program which allows your customers to save loyalty points and redeem their desired reward.
