Now that your loyalty program is all set up and ready to go, it’s time to promote it and make it a #LoyaltySuccess. Here are five things you can do to spread the word about your new loyalty program.
1. Staff training
Your staff are one of the biggest determinants of your loyalty program’s success. Staff have the biggest window of opportunity to interact with customers and introduce your loyalty program. Making sure your staff feel confident to approach customers, and understand how to add customers into your point-of-sale, reward points, and redeem rewards.

2. Loyalty Kiosk
A sign-up kiosk can be a cool additional tool to get more customers to sign-up in-store. Not only does it draw your customers' attention, it also prompts your staff to remember to ask customers to join your loyalty program.
Setting up an iPad or tablet at your counter allows customers to sign up for your loyalty program themselves. And once a customer has signed up through the kiosk, their details are added to your point-of-sale automatically, within minutes.
In your Customer Portal Tab under 'Sign-up Kiosk', you will find a link that you can use on an iPad or tablet.
3. Social Media Sharing
Social media is a great way to engage with your customers and get existing and potential followers to join your loyalty program.
Simply, take the 'Sign-up & Log-in Link' from your Customer Portal Tab in your Collect Loyalty.
This link leads your customers straight to your customer portal to sign up and check out your rewards.
Quick Tip: Social posts with images have higher engagement rate than posts without.
4. Website widget
If you have a website, adding a widget to join your loyalty program is a great idea. A web widget creates an easy portal for your customers to sign-up to your loyalty program straight from your website.
To add a website widget, all you need to do is copy the code under 'Website Widget' in your Customer Portal Tab.
Simply send the person in charge of your website the code and tell them to place it before the </body> tag of your website.
They can work their magic from there.
5. Shopify eCommerce Widget
If you're using Shopify eCommerce, you can install a Loyalty and Referral program widget with the click of a button.
1. Go to Customer Portal.
2. Under Shopify Widget, click Install.
Your Shopify Widget will automatically install on your Shopify Store. It will appear as a CHECK REWARDS button in the bottom right corner of your website.
6. Facebook Tab
Facebook tabs take what Facebook business pages have to offer one step further. Facebook tabs are a great acquisition tool to drive traffic to your loyalty program. Turn passive visitors into loyalty customers with a customized tab that includes a place to sign-up, check their points balance and see what rewards they can unlock.
