Vend & Collect are seamlessly integrated making it easy for your staff to add new customers to your Collect database without leaving the Vend sales screen.
Adding a new customer to your collect customer database
To add a customer to your Collect database, all you need to do is add your customer into Vend.
1. Click into the Vend Product Search Bar.
2. Select the customer search button.
3. Add your new customer's First and Last Name and Email Address.
4. Click Save.
Your customer will automatically be added to the sale and will also be added to your Collect customer database.
Collect automatically pulls the customer's name and email address into your store's Collect profile.
