Customer loyalty is essential to the growth and success of your store. This guide aims to have you ready to go and feeling confident with your store’s new loyalty program.
WATCH HOW YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAM WORKS IN-STORE
- Ask every customer who shops if they are part of your loyalty program. "Are you part of our loyalty program?"
- Add any new customers to your loyalty program.
Enter their First and Last Name, and Email Address while you're putting through the sale.
- If they are already a member, remember to add the customer to the sale to reward their points.
You can search for them by name, or phone number, or by scanning their Apple Wallet Membership card.
- To redeem a customer's reward, redeem it under their account. First, apply the sale to the customer. And click Redeem on the reward they wish to redeem.
Note: When redeeming % off loyalty rewards, make sure that discount is added at the right time. If the reward is 10% store-wide, add coupon at the end of the sale. If the reward is 50% off coffee, then add the coffee to the order first and then add the coupon, before you add any other products.
